Lil' Pengy is about a penguin trying to audition as a dancer for Britney Spears. The casting agents would rather work with anybody but a penguin. Penguins wear great suits, but don't make great dancers. It's up to a badger to help the Lil' Pengy achieves his goals of becoming a dancer for Britney Spears. It's the first of a series of three episodes, with probably more on the way.

This animated clip is extremely funny. Then jokes are short enough and full of Easter eggs. For example, stop the animation to see what's written on the casting agent's desk. The badger is written as a proactive affirmative rights' defenders, while Lil' Pengy only can only say "hello." There's a sequence with an annoying hamster, and it looks forced onto a great story, albeit being very funny.

The animation is great. Volsky uses few drawings but his characters' poses are dynamic and provocative. The creators used some bitmaps for backgrounds, but they don't always integrate well with the cartoon's design. More experimentation would have created a better mix. The voice work for this project is excellent and really helps carry the project forward. This is a great series.
