No Time: Otis, Mike, and Stuttering Willy is a cartoon about a bunch of white trash folks in their backyards. Stuttering Willy is using the guys' camcorder to record a squirrel running up and down on a fence. As Stuttering Willy always annoys Otis and Mike, things go awry, but this is not the least of the guy's problems. Mike's daughter has found something in the backyard that could change everybody' lives.

First, those sensitive to curses beware. Although the animators integrated a beep within the cartoon, they didn't edit out all the fun. Theirs isn't much story, but the cartoon is quite convincing. A good thing about it is that we never get to see who the three guys are, so one can imagine anything about them. It's a good way of involving the viewer with the story.

The animators used a couple of new tricks for the animation. Since we don't see the principal characters, they've animated the camera instead. This is very well done. The squirrel's animation is smooth. The best aspect of this project is the voice acting which is sharp and funny. Unfortunately, it appears that the company of the creators has folded and their work only available in third party Web sites.
